Holy breath of life, flowing through you now, expanding into the space of all that is known and unknown, this holy breath brings with it ancient wisdom, knowledge that has been passed down to you through the many lifetimes you have lived. In the space between breaths, there is light, and that light is the place where love dwells.
Inhabit that space and you will find rest for your weary heart. The solace of generations who have become before you reside there, waiting to offer peace, guidance, tranquility, and shelter from the storm.
Be still and know that I am God.
In the stillness between breaths, I will find you, sweet one. I will softly call your name and wait for you to hear my voice, guiding you to that place of inner knowing, that place where all is well, just as it always has been and just as it always will be. Though the wind may buffet the water’s surface, just beneath the waves, the deep water is still and unchanging. Peace waits for you in the stillness.
Lay perfectly still, then surround yourself with light. Allow that light to penetrate your body, reaching right through to the center of your center, the core of your being where all the love and hope in the Universe is right there waiting for you.
